Thank you again for your support of the 23rd International Conference on Cyclotrons and their Applications.
On August 29, 2022, we sent out the first conference announcement through SPMS. According to the original plan, the abstract submission should be closed on October 15, 2022, and the early registration deadline is October 31, 2022.
However, our LOC received several emails informing us that there was a problem in paying the registration fee by credit card, although some people could pay the fee without any problems. We contacted the charging agency and confirmed that VISA and MasterCard can be used. The reasons for unsuccessful payment may be as follows:
1. Restrictions on international consumption. Some credit cards may not have opened;
2. Restrictions on number of international consumption;
3. Country/region restrictions on international consumption.
Therefore, it is recommended that cardholders check whether there are these restrictions. At the same time, our charging agency is also looking for the possible problems.
Considering this problem, we extend the early registration deadline to Nov 15, 2022, and accordingly extend the abstract submission deadline to Nov 8, 2022. The abstract is only 2000 characters. Due to the tight schedule of the conference, this will be the last chance to alternate this deadline. It would be highly appreciated for your kind understanding and if you could help us notify your colleagues of your institution, university, or community so that they can submit abstracts and pay for early registration at their earlier convenience.
