We made this guidance in order to make sure every delegate could join the online conference successfully. Before the conference, please make sure you have downloaded the Zoom software. https://zoom.us/download#client_4meeting
The conference will be held through a ZOOM meeting. Only delegates who have paid for the registration could enter the virtual meeting room. If you haven’t registered for it, please click here to complete your registration and pay the registration fee first.
Delegates could enter the ZOOM meeting room in 2 ways:
1.Through the CYC2022 official website, view the Programme page to check the detailed schedule:

2. By login to your personal account in the system below:

No matter if you enter the meeting room by which method, you should use your Email address to log in to the same account with the SPMS system, the password for every registered participant will be sent by email before the conference. You can modify the password after you log in to the account.
During the meeting, as an audience, please keep your microphone muted. During Q&A, the audience could ask questions to the speakers under the moderator’s instructions.

For your convenience, the detailed schedule pages will also indicate your local time for each talk by automatically identifying by your IP address. (* Click the “Access to the Virtual Room” button on the page, it will also lead you to the virtual meeting room.)

As an audience, you can hold a video talk with certain poster authors during 21:00-23:00 on 5-8 Dec. through the ‘Discussion Desk’ button on each poster page. If the author is not available, you can leave a message with the author. During the conference, attendees can view posters throughout the day, only the discussion time is at the allotted time in the schedule.

It is possible to leave a message to the exhibitor in each booth, or you also can hold a video talk with the exhibitor through the ‘Chat Now’ button as long as the staff is available during your visit.
