For Poster Audiences：
All participants can access to E-Poster displaying to view the posters during the whole conference from Monday (5 December) to Friday (9 December).
Posters are displayed by date. You can also search for the poster you are interested in by the criteria of the poster’s name, author, and author’s affiliation.
The recommended feature of the Poster Session is the Discussion Desk. When you open one poster, you may notice the button of “Discussion Desk” in the lower right corner of the page. Click the button, then you will access the Online Discussion Room. You can video talk with the poster author if the author is available online. Otherwise, you can only leave messages in the Discussion Desk.
If you haven’t logged in to your personal account in the system, before accessing to Discussion Desk, you will be requested to log in first. You should use your Email address to log in to the same account with the SPMS system, the password for every registered participant will be sent by email before the conference. You can modify the password after you log in to the account.
During the conference, attendees can view posters throughout the day, only the discussion time is at the allotted time in the schedule.
For Poster Authors：
You can access to E-Poster displaying to view your poster once published online.
The recommended feature of Poster Session is the Discussion Desk. When you open your poster, you may notice the button of “Discussion Desk” in the lower right corner of the page. Click the button, then you will access to the Online Discussion Room. You can video talk with the audiences if they are available online. You may also check the messages sent from the audiences when you are offline.
If you haven’t logged in your personal account in the system, before accessing to Discussion Desk, you will be requested to log in first. Please enter your email the same in SMPS system, and the original password is cyc2022. After your login, you may modify your password.
During the conference, attendees can view your poster throughout the day, but your discussion timeslot will be allocated to you by the organizer.
