Poster Publication
Please be aware that according to the CYC2022 rules at least one author has to be present at the poster during the poster session, otherwise the poster will not be included in the proceedings.
Participants in the poster sessions are invited to upload an electronic version of their posters (in ppt., pdf., jpg. or png. format) to JACoW SPMS. It will be included in the conference proceedings. The file shall be named with the program code and _poster.pdf (for example MOPO001_poster.pdf)

Poster Sessions
The poster sessions will be arranged from 23:00 to 24:00 (UTC) on Monday (5 December), Wednesday (7 December), and Thursday (8 December). During the conference, attendees can view posters throughout the day, only the discussion time is at the allotted time. They will be live using the MEDCON platform and ZOOM software. The assigned poster program code (e.g. TUPO001) indicates Poster 01 on Tuesday(6 December).
Poster Attendance
Official staff will check for the attendance of the presenter of each poster and if the staff cannot find the presenter, the presentation will not be included in the conference proceedings.
The presenter must be one of the authors.
Preparation of the Posters
1. The poster should be a visual presentation of your full paper, and the size should be A0 size for vertical version.
2. You can design your poster in Microsoft PowerPoint and save it as PPT, PDF, JPG or PNG file, one page only and not exceed 10 MB.
3. All posters must have the program code visible for easy reference by readers who have downloaded your poster.
